Ulusal Azınlıkların Korunmasına İlişkin Çerçeve Sözleşmesi (İngilizce: Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities (FCNM)), Avrupa Konseyi'nin azınlık haklarını korumayı amaçlayan çok taraflı bir antlaşmasıdır.[1] 1998 yılında yürürlüğe girmiş ve 2009 yılına kadar 39 üye ülke tarafından onaylanmıştır.
