Phintella parva[5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14] är en spindelart som först beskrevs av Wesolowska 1981. Phintella parva ingår i släktet Phintella och familjen hoppspindlar.[15][16] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[15]
