J. Gordon Edwards (Montreal, 24. jun 1867 - New York, 31. decembar 1925) bio je američki filmski režiser, scenarist i producent rodom iz Kanade koji je djelovao u doba nijemog filma.

Karijeru je započeo u teatru kao glumac i režiser. Nakon što je vodio Garden Theatre u St. Louisu preselio se u New York, gdje ga je 1914. angažirao William Fox, za koga će snimiti veliki broj filmova, uključujući niz raskošnih produkcija sa Thedom Barom u glavnoj ulozi. Njegov najpoznatiji i najuspješniji film je bio historijski spektakl The Queen of Sheba iz 1921. koji sadrži scenu utrke dvokolica za koju se vjeruje da je inspirirala mnogo poznatiji Ben-Hur. Godine 1925. je umro od tuberkuloze, a sahranjen je u raskošnom privatnom mauzoleju izgrađenom po uzoru na Taj Mahal.

Njegov posvojeni unuk je bio poznati režiser Blake Edwards.
