Komplementni faktor D (EC 3.4.21.46, C3 proaktivatorna konvertaza, esteraza properdinskog faktora D, faktor D, faktor D (komplement)) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Selektivno razlaganje Arg-Lys veze komplemenom faktoru B kad je u kompleksu sa komplementnom potkomponentom C3b ili faktorom kobra venoma
Ovaj enzim je komponenta alternativnog puta komplementne aktivacije.
