Jan Kubiš (24 Juni 1913 – 18 Juni 1942) adalah seorang prajurit Ceko. Ia adalah salah satu anggota dari tim pasukan parasut pelatihan Cekoslowakia-Inggris yang dikirim untuk membunuh pelaksana jabatan Reichsprotektor (Reich-Pelindung) Bohemia dan Moravia, SS-Obergruppenführer Reinhard Heydrich, pada 1942 sebagai bagian dari Operasi Anthropoid.[1]
