Al-Kafrayn (bahasa Arab: الكفرين) adalah sebuah desa Palestina di Subdistrik Haifa. Desa tersebut dikosongkan dalam Perang Saudara Mandat Palestina 1947–48 pada 12 April 1948 sebagai bagian dari Pertempuran Mishmar HaEmek. Desa tersebut berjarak 29.5 km dari tenggara Haifa.
