Los Premios Pulitzer 2012 fueron otorgados el 16 de abril de 2012 por la Junta de Premios Pulitzer por su trabajo durante el año calendario 2011. La fecha límite para enviar entradas fue el 25 de enero de 2012. Por primera vez, todas las entradas para periodismo debían enviarse por vía electrónica. Los criterios para el Premio Pulitzer de Informes Locales se han revisado para centrarse en el informe en tiempo real de las noticias de última hora.[1]
