Ruslan Andriyovich Kravchenko (Ukrainian: Руслан Андрійович Кравченко; born 1990), is a Ukrainian politician serving as head of the Kyiv Oblast State Administration. He was appointed by presidential decree by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on 10 April 2023. He is also the head of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration. He was previously the chief prosecutor of Bucha Raion.[1][2][3]
